Terms & conditions

• Rental period: One month from your move-in date, as stated in your lease. The lease is fixed-term and ends on its end date; staying longer requires a new lease, subject to our approval.
• Use: Residential purposes only.
• Restrictions: No subleasing, unauthorized guests or pets, parties, alterations to the property, illegal activities, or disturbances.
• Payment: Full rent and utilities are due before move-in. No daily cleaning or concierge services are provided.
• Tenant rights: Quiet enjoyment of your room. We respect your privacy and give notice before entry, except in emergencies.
• Acknowledgement: This is a fixed-term residential lease under Japan's Land and Building Lease Act, not a hotel or lodging service.
