House rules

A few simple rules keep every house clean, quiet and comfortable for everyone.

🏠 General

  • No smoking
  • No pets
  • No business activities
  • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
  • Overnight guests only with advance notice (¥2,000/night)
  • No physical violence or verbal abuse
  • Each lease is a prepaid one-month fixed-term lease

🍳 Kitchen

  • Label your items in the shared fridge
  • Wash your dishes right after use
  • Don't leave food in shared pots, pans or plates
  • Clean up food scraps and the sink after use
  • Put shared equipment back where it belongs
  • Take out the trash in turn

🚿 Bathroom

  • Remove hair from the drain after each use
  • Don't leave personal items in the bathroom or toilet

🧺 Laundry

  • Remove clothes from the machine right away
  • Clean the filter after each use

⚠️ Violations

  • Each violation results in a written warning
  • Three violations result in termination of stay without refund
